(Thinly sliced white fish filled with seasoned breadcrumbs, pine nuts, raisons and fresh herbs baked in a lemon sauce)

Final Course

Cassata Siciliana al Forno

(A light, tangy ricotta cheese filled cake enhanced with orange zest)
