MENU DETAILS: The lunch will be served buffet style. You can choose from any or all of the items offered. (Maybe you will want a taste of everything!)
Street Tacos: Served with corn tortillas, rice, beans, salsa roja, queso fresco, cilantro, onion, limes. Includes your choice of chicken adobo, al pastor (pork), grilled mixed veggies, or grilled shrimp. Try some of each if you wish!
Artisan cheese board: Chef's selection of 2 artisanal cheese served also w/ fresh fruit, nuts, local baguette, chutney, honey comb
Salad: Mixed greens w/ cherry tomatoes, red onions, ranch, blue cheese, or Italian
Beverage station: Iced Tea and water
